8 seeds, Herakles is very productive and produces a lot of shellless seeds for snacks or to make pumpkin seed oil.  

Grow in small pots indoors from mid-March or sow outdoors from mid-May. Sowing depth 2-3 cm.
Germination After 1-2 weeks from the minimum temperature of 12°C, the optimum is 24°C.
Distance between rows approx. 3m, in a row 0.5-1m. Place 3-4 seeds in each planting spot.
Location: Sunny to partially shaded, sheltered location. Sensitive to frost. Nutritious, warm and humus-rich soils.
Usage: Very versatile. Canned, boiled, fried or stuffed and, of course, as a decoration. Very rich in vitamins.
